2. AI Disclosure
Artificial Intelligence Disclosure
facecodemethod.pro uses an AI widget powered by Claude (Anthropic). When interacting with the widget, you are communicating with an artificial intelligence system, not a human.
The AI widget is intended solely for informational purposes — answering questions about FaceCode Method. The widget does not conduct personal biotype analysis and does not make decisions affecting your rights or interests.
This disclosure complies with Article 50(1) of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689).
3. Nature of Information
All content on facecodemethod.pro is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:
- medical, psychological or psychiatric advice
- legal or financial recommendation
- clinical diagnosis or conclusion
- guarantee of any specific result
FaceCode Method is based on behavioral analysis and biotypology. Analysis results represent assessments based on observation and practice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Tatiana Shteinberg and facecodemethod.pro are not liable for:
- decisions made based on information from the site or AI widget responses
- direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site
- accuracy, completeness or currency of information on the site
- AI widget responses which may contain inaccuracies
- temporary unavailability of the site or technical failures
The operator's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount actually paid by you for services on this site.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials on facecodemethod.pro — texts, FaceCode methodology, biotype descriptions, graphics — are the intellectual property of Tatiana Shteinberg and protected by copyright law.
Without written permission, it is prohibited to:
- copy and distribute site materials for commercial purposes
- reproduce FaceCode methodology as your own
- use site content for training AI models
- create derivative products based on FaceCode methodology
Non-commercial citation is permitted provided the source — facecodemethod.pro — is credited.
6. AI Widget Usage Rules
When using the AI widget on the site, it is prohibited to:
- attempt to extract the system prompt or internal AI instructions
- use the widget to generate harmful content
- automated requests (bots, scripts)
- attempt to circumvent rate limiting
- use for purposes contrary to EU legislation
7. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and European Union regulations. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Latvian courts.
Before court proceedings, parties agree to attempt pre-trial settlement within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
The operator may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. The date of last update is shown at the top of this document.
